My name is Andreas H Johansen, (about) 28 years old, currently a hobbyist game developer. Previously I worked as a back-end engineer.

I have been programming since I was 11 years old, primarily in C++, however in 2022 i found Rust, and it has taken over my life.

I currently use NixOS for all my systems (except VMs where I use a proxmox host, and Kubernetes where I run talos).

My hometown is Alta in Norway, and that's where I am currently residing.

When not programming, I like watching/reading Sci-Fi, drawing, playing piano, and playing video games.

I spend as much time as I reasonably can afford in Japan, eating good food, taking trains, and having fun singing karaoke at bars.
